My real estate career started in 1977 with Sterling Realtors in the Park Cities of Dallas. I initially sold real estate part time and helped my brother do appraisals part time. Later I became a Broker and then a full time appraiser in 1983. My brother and I pioneered the use of computers in real estate appraising.
I just started my 40th year of serving Realtors, lenders and homeowners in the Dallas Fort Worth real estate market and have completed more than 50,000 appraisals – one at a time, with care for each client!
We are located in Bedford near the DFW International Airport and offer residential and commercial land appraisal services in fourteen counties in North Central Texas. We are one of the most respected appraisal firms in the Dallas Fort Worth area because we continue to focus on providing excellent service which includes quality reporting and attention to detail.
We are fully licensed and insured state Certified appraisers and are approved with FHA. Some of our clients include top producing Realtors, relocation companies, the best lenders nationwide, investors, attorneys, large home builders and many others.

Our appraisers have a wide range of appraisal experience including residential and commercial land appraisals, pre-listing appraisals, estate work, bankruptcy, property tax challenge, relocation and divorce appraisals. We also work closely with realtors and brokers to help establish list prices – including home measuring and floor plan services. We help home sellers to make sure they’re getting top dollar and home buyers to make sure they’re not overpaying for a new home.
